Returns

The quick answer is: Just contact me if you want to send something back. 

You CAN return things you have bought here in the shop, unworn with tags on, for a refund of the purchase price, within 14 days after receiving.

Returns are not reimbursable, sorry. If you didn't save the envelope it arrived in, most of my pieces can fit into a USPS Priority Mail envelope provided at the post office.

Please email first. National Picnic isn't staffed by robots. Depending on your location and circumstances, I can personally figure out how to best handle your return.

So, if something doesn't tickle your fancy, or fit correctly, or whatever‚ and it needs to come back, just email sales@nationalpicnic.com with the request. You'll get personalized attention and instructions on how to begin the return.
